Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

  • Free UK Shipping: Delivery time 3-5 working days.

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Delivery time 7-14 working days on orders over £100.

Customs, Taxes, Duties, and Fees:

  • Tomell Watches is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges issued by your local government.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected directly by your local government.

  • Since these duties and taxes vary between countries and states, we cannot provide an estimated cost. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

  • Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages refused due to VAT/duties.

Tomell Watches Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy on all full and on Sale-priced items. If your new watch isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it hassle-free.

Return Eligibility:

  • We only accept returns for purchases made through www.tomellwatches.co.uk.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with stickers intact and tags attached.

  • Sale or promotional items can be returned.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For orders under £100, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.(UK is Free of charge)

  • For orders over £100, Tomell will reimburse return shipping costs up to £30. (UK is Free of charge)

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  2. Once approved, you will receive an email with the return shipping address and label.
